The Product Manager is the one who creates the strategies to build new products, supervise their construction and follow up with the users of products, investigating their reactions, acceptance, criticism which are the necessary feedback to establish improvements or second phases of the products.

 

They must be excellent researchers, capable of establishing and anticipating customer needs.

Main skills:

  • Communicates the organization’s vision to guide the development of the product.
  • Based on it’s vision create a market strategy.
  • Communicate the established strategy to the Company.
  • Recommends new product designs based on strategy.
  • Determine release dates, prices, specifications.
  • Analyze the results of the released product.
  • Use market research to understand the needs of end customers.
  • Masters all the management tasks of the product development team.
